Workplace Programme

Literacy Aotearoa works closely with individual companies to develop and deliver quality programmes that will meet the specific needs of the company and its employees.

These programmes:

• are based on clear objectives established with the company from the onset
• are tailor-made to meet the specific needs of each employee
• can be delivered at multiple company sites
• can be delivered in one-to-one situations and/ or small groups
• are preferably delivered during work time and at the worksite
• can cover a wide range of company and employees' literacy, language and numeracy needs
• can often be funded through the TEC Workplace Literacy Fund, of which Literacy Aotearoa has a funding allocation
• can in addition, assist a company to have the capability to support their employees’ needs after the programme has finished.
